At Lori Ann, we offer standard shipping services through our courier, USPS. All items will be shipped 5-7 business days after the initial date of purchase, (unless it’s a customized order). Please kindly note that this does not include weekends & holidays. Custom orders take 3-4 business days for customization and another 3-4 business days for shipping. In addition, there will be a 3-5 delay on processing and shipping orders during the holidays, excluding business days and weekends.

Please note that your shipping and billing information is required to match in order for us to successfully process your order. For security purposes, in the event an order is placed with different billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund to you within 24 hrs. PROCESSING TIME

Custom orders typically take 3-4 business days to complete, followed by an additional 3-4 business days to ship. If you have placed a pre-order, please refer to your original order confirmation email for shipping details. 

Local Taxes/Customs Duty

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Duties and taxes on international shipments will be billed automatically to the recipient.

Refunds

All product sales are FINAL, as returns and exchanges will not be accepted at this time.
